Do I have to register to place an order?
No, you do not. You can order products both as a guest and as a registered customer. However, if you also want to shop at our online store in the future, we recommend creating an account. A personal account will allow you to see the history of your purchases, as well as view and edit your contact information. You can also finalise orders easier and quicker due to pre-filled address fields.
Can I change my order if I have already paid for it?
If you have noticed a mistake in your order, you can change your order right after placing it. You can do so by calling our customer service number at +372 327 7775 or sending us letter at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long does delivery take?
- Parcel machine — €2.70
If you make a purchase before 3 p.m., the parcel will be delivered to the selected parcel machine the working day after the next working day.
- Post office — €3.20
If you make a purchase before 3 p.m., the parcel will be delivered to the selected Eesti Post post office the next day.
- Courier service — €3.20
The parcel will be delivered to your doorstep the next day.
- Pick it up yourself — €0
All the products sold on our website are available in our warehouse, which is why you can come and pick them up right after having placed an order. Our warehouse is located on the third floor of the building located at 9 Laada Street in Rakvere.

I forgot my account password. What should I do next?
Do not worry! Go to the login page and click on the link “Forgot your password?” Enter the e-mail address linked to your previous Loverte account and confirm it by clicking on the link “Confirm”. We will send you a new password via e-mail.
How can I change my address, password etc.?
Log in to your Loverte account and click on the link “My Account”. Check the box next to the line “Change your password”. This will open a new window where you can make all the necessary adjustments.
What are the payment options?
At the Loverte online store, you can use the following payment methods: Swedbank, SEB Bank, Danske Bank, Nordea Bank, Krediidipank, and credit card.

Can I pay by invoice?
Unfortunately, Loverte does not accept payment by invoice.
Can I return a product I have purchased?
Yes, of course. You have a right to return all the products you have bought from us within 14 days after receiving them. However, returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Click here to read more about our return policy.
When will I be reimbursed for the product I have returned?
Joost-Level OÜ will reimburse the customer within five calendar days after receiving the product.
Are all products returnable?
No. Makeup and perfumes that have been opened are not subject to returns. Products, the using (or non-using) of which cannot be proven, are also not subject to returns. Such are, for example, mascaras, which have a relatively short shelf life and are directly dependent on their opening times.
What kind of discounts does Loverte offer?
Loverte offers two kinds of discounts: discounts of promotional campaigns and discount codes.
How do I use a discount code?
To get a discount, you need to enter your unique code into the field stating “Discount code” in your Shopping Basket and then click on the clink “Apply”.
Are the products sold at the Loverte online store originals?
All the products sold at the Loverte online store are original and brand new. This is guaranteed by close collaboration between Loverte and different distributors, manufacturers, and some of the largest warehouses in Europe. Selling counterfeit products is a criminal offence that is punishable by law and something Loverte takes no part in.
Are the products fresh?
All the products sold at the Loverte online store are fresh. The shelf life and safe use of the products are regulated by Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products. If the storage time of a cosmetic product is more than 30 months, the open jar symbol on the product will indicate the period of time the product may be used without harm after opening. If the storage time of a cosmetic product is less than 30 months after manufacturing, the date on the product will indicate the date of expiration of the product.
Are the colours of the products accurate?
Please note that depending on your monitor calibration, the colour of the images displayed on our online store website and the colour of the real products may differ.
